The Church of S. Francesco The Church of S. Francesco was built by the Benedictines and was originally dedicated to S. Fortunato. During the 1200's the church undertook several restorations, including the addition of the bell tower. The church is of simple design and structure, and consists of mainly bare brick walls with a gothic facade.
